Babi & Baby...and Mooville

I think someday Gabrielle might survive becoming a big sister because she has really taken to her baby doll!  "Baby" needs her diaper changed, to eat in the high chair, to sit in the carseat, etc.  I bought her a baby doll a while ago, but never pushed her to play with it or anything.  Now it's "baby baby baby" all the time.

Gabs is such a little mommy - before we leave the house she needs her baby, purse, phone, and some stuffed animal to go too.  Oy.  This is along with the necessities of wipes, a diaper, snack, and drink that get shoved in my purse. 

I've been a definite blog and picture slacker lately.  We've been really busy, but I'm not sure with what!  Ha!  Gabi has been all about "going" lately.  As soon as she wakes up it's "Babi and mommy....go!".  Yeah. 

And I had a lovely surprise when I went to get G out of her crib this morning - she was naked from the waist down, diaper and pants tossed aside, and pee all over her mattress, bumper, and blanket.  Time for duct tape!  Seriously, I think that is the best solution at the moment. 

And yet another milestone....I think Gabrielle might be into a TV show now.  Not that I'm really proud of that or anything, but having her be willing to watch a show and relax for 20-30 minutes a day isn't the worst thing in the world.  It was just weird to hear her say "Bubbles on tee!  Chair and baby."  She show's called Bubble Guppies, and she sits in her chair with her baby to watch it.  My friend Danielle just discovered her son actually likes it so I gave it a try - it has been a no go except for those couple of days she asked to watch it before her nap.  She is the queen of stalling after all.

And here are some pictures of our trip to Mooville last week.  I thought Gabs would LOVE a petting zoo, but her favorite things were playing in the big sandbox with the toys, and chasing the barn cats around.  Oh well, she had fun!
