We had a great 4th of July! We went to the lake and spent a few extra days there. It was Oliver's first 4th and first time in the lake. He liked sitting on the shore and splashing in the water as well as being held and riding in his baby float. Gabrielle did some new things - we went tubing for the first time (loved), did a sparkler (ok), threw little crack fireworks (loved), and I finally got her to ride the jet ski with me and she ended up loving that too. There were over 100 people for the 4th party. We brought the bounce house and it got LOTS of use from all the kids. Oliver slept ok. He napped great but woke up 2-3x/night each night. He didn't want to sleep in the pnp so he slept on the twin bed and Gabi and I shared the double in the same room. It was cozy, but it worked. It was a fun week!
