4th of July!

We had a very busy but eventful 4th of July weekend. Wayne was up from Virginia, Nick's uncle Richard and family were in from Texas, and all of the other family and friends got together at the lake house in Hastings for a big weekend party. I am pretty exhausted (as is everyone else) but it was very worth it! Gabi girl kept her trend and didn't sleep so well with weekend...she was up at 6am both days and didn't go to bed until 11pm on the 4th. No fun there....and she actually slept in my and Nick's bed in the morning both days. She would get up at 6am and eat a bottle and then rest/sleep in our bed for another couple of hours. I got Gabi a little baby floaty tube to hang out in the lake. She wasn't too excited about it...she'd much rather sit in the water herself and play in the sand but the water was so rough during the weekend the waves knocked her over every time she sat down.
