Daily Schedule - Two years old

I feel as a family with young child our schedule changes so often with her development, so I wanted to jot down what our lives were like at this point in time!  This is our day [a weekday when I don't work]. 

7:00am I wake up and get ready

7:30-7:45 Gabrielle wakes up, I get her dressed/hair done/and down for breakfast

Lately, as soon as I walk into Gabrielle’s room she starts saying “watch Bubbles!” over and over again. She’s been liking frozen oatmeal pancakes and turkey sausage (and milk) for breakfast, so she eats that an watches Bubbles Guppies. 

While Gabs is eating breakfast I usually empty the dishwasher and/or get some laundry started and then we head outside to play.

Around 9:30 we head back in to have a quick snack and head out for an activity.

Library classes, tot playgroups through the Early On Program with the school district, moms club meetings/events, toddler programs through the children's museum, play dates with friends, etc is what we do depending on the day.

11:30-12:30 We get back home, eat lunch, and go down for a nap

12:30 to 2:30ish Gabrielle naps. I clean/pay bills/do laundry/make phone calls/blog/upload pictures/and sometimes just veg for a second.

Gabrielle wakes up and eats a snack. Usually in the afternoon we run errands, play at home, or head to an activity if we didn't do one in the morning.

5:00 Start getting dinner ready. Gabrielle usually watches another Bubble Guppies and plays quietly by herself with toys.....that is pretty rare though.

We eat dinner, I clean up, and Nick reads her books and plays with her.

Sometimes we'll go back outside for a while and play. 

She will get a bath every other night, unless one is necessary on her off night.

8:00 Gabs gets in her PJs, eats a graham cracker, drinks some milk, runs around and tries to stall.

8:15-8:30 Gets her teeth brushed sitting on the floor in the kitchen, then runs in the living room yelling “dada huuuuugs!!”, gives dada a hug and kiss goodnight, then her and I go upstairs to rock with yellow B for a couple of minutes, then in bed with baby doll and yellow B....and start all over again the next day :)
