1st hair cut and the Christmas tree

So, I finally decided to get Gab's hair a little trim.  Not that it needed to be cut, obviously, but it is getting pretty long and it could use a bit of shape.  I took her to my hair girl I've gone to since we moved here, and Gabs did great!  She looked pretty terrified the whole time, but she held onto her bag of fishy crackers and got a cookie when she was all done.  Her hair got even less taken off than I thought they might, but there really wasn't a whole lot to cut or shape yet.  She evened out the back and gave her a few more wispy bangs.

And that morning we went out and got our Christmas tree.  Gabrielle didn't like walking in the snow and she picked out two trees she liked.....one was mostly a burnt orange/dead color, and the other was about 10 inches tall.  Hmm....didn't go with those.  She really liked our tree once we got it home though!  She helped put water in it and helped hung the ornaments.  At first she wanted to just pile them all on top of each other in one spot on the tree, but then she got the hang of putting them all over.  We went to Steve and Alexis' for dinner that night, and before we left I was asking what toys she wanted to bring and she stood by the tree and said very confidently "tree go Lexis too!!".
