I guess I should blog....

Since I haven't blogged in forever.  But cripes, this girl is busy.  Anyway we just got back from Florida and I will get that post up asap....but I thought I should put up a few pictures that have been accumulating over the past month or so.  Gabrielle will be 2 1/2 next month (omg) so I will have to write an update post on her then.  She is doing fabulous though.  She is such a chatterbox and says the *darnedest* things (as all kids do - but when it's your own kid it's especially cute:))

Her favorite answer to anything these days (even questions she obviously knows the answer to) is "I dunno, could be......"
Me: "Gabrielle, what do you want for lunch?
Gabrielle: "I dunno....could be a grilled cheese"  hahaha

Grandma Billie got her some jelly beans (shudder....) and she was having a really hard time with self control.  I told her she could have two and then wait until after lunch to have more.  She insisted on playing with them and holding them......ok.......then we catch her with one in her mouth.  We take the jelly beans away and she screams "I wasn't eating them, I was just tasting them!!!!"

The other morning I got her up and laid her down to change her diaper.  She looks at me with this serious frown on her face and says "What's on your nose?  A bugger??"
And then she immediately informed me that "I don't like crackers so much, I like chips."

Gabrielle: "The moon!  Want hold it!"
Me: "Sorry babe, but it's way up in the sky."
Gabrielle (in a sad voice): "Go way up sky get it!"

All the random junk she shoves in her backpack.....bananas, dinosaurs, underwear, clothes, and Nemo of course.


Actually very impressive.....she put all those blocks together herself.  She has never had good fine motor skills/block skills so this was great for her!
