Fall 2014

This fall we were able to do a few fun things.

• We went to the parade downtown 
• Went to the cider mill to pick apples
• Went to our first high school football game with the kids.  They had a really good time!  They had so much fun watching the football players, cheerleaders, band and eating snacks.  We finally had to leave when there was popcorn all over the stands and Oliver doesn't understand he can't just pick it up and eat it....because he might die.....ugh.
• We went to the children's Halloween parade in town.  That was the biggest amount of kids I've ever seen I think!  
• We went to Impressions 5 science dented for the kids' jet days too. Oliver hadn't been there since he was a baby and they both had a blast! Hopefully we will get back there soon rather than later. 
• We did pumpkin carving and surprisingly Oliver liked touching the guts.  
• We went trick or treating - it was really cold/windy/kinda rainy so we weren't out too long.  The kids got to do a little bit and get some candy - hopefully next year will be better weather!
• We have a quite a few trees at our new house, so the kids got make big leaf piles and play in them which was a hit!  Oliver stuffed leaves into his pocket until they were packed full.  We are still finding pieces of dried leaves coming out in December.....

Oliver didn't nap the day of the parade and we went to the children's festival that afternoon.  He literally laid down in the bouncehouse at the festival and wouldn't get up.  All these other kids were bouncing around him and was determined to just chill and take a snooze.

 Oliver loves taking his balls to the park.  He is obsessed with basketball and threw his ball at the big hoop for about 20n minutes before I took him away screaming....
