Yesterday:
- 9:00am - Have been playing outside for an hour. She come to me sobbing and holding her chest
- 11:30 - Has been crying hard intermittently and hold her chest/stomach and breathing a bit heavy. Points to her tummy for "owwie"
- Made pedi appt for 1:30
- Doc had no idea. Temp 99.1. Did a strep culture (fun), a urine sample (even more fun), and checked ears twice (easy and perfectly healthy). All tests normal.
- 4:00pm - Left pedi office. Temp 102.8. They had no idea. Told to give Tylenol/Ibuprofen every four hours.
- 4:30-5:00pm - Gabrielle slept on my lap until Nick got home and the dogs woke her up.
- 5:00pm - Temp gone, spunky child wanting to jump on the couch, half a grilled cheese and animal crackers devoured.
- 7:00pm - Crying feverish child is back. Temp back up to 101.2.
- 7:30pm - Meds given again and child to sleep.
- Slept all night, woke with fever of 99.8. Meds given.
- Rather happy, normal child. No more fever.

Gabrielle LOVES playing dress-up. Hats, headbands, skirts.....anything. She loves it.
Yes, she put on the skirt herself....notice she couldn't pull it over her bum :)
Here are some random iPhone pics. We had a little family weekend at the lake. Very relaxing!
Wearing mommy's shoes. She brings them to me and exclaims "Mommy's!" and then proceeds to put them on and try and walk in them.
We also met some friends at the Splash Pad last week. Gabs loved it!! She got so cold though, but had a great time.
What her hair looks like before I brush it out. Spray detangler has become our friend.
And Gabs and I on the last day of her swim lessons! I was so hoping she would get a little completion certificate, but they didn't do that for the baby class :(
