Father's Day - Family Weekend

We had quite the weekend this weekend.  On Saturday we had a late lunch with Nick's family, and then went to Best Buy and Toy's R Us (Gabrielle got a koosh ball and her first real doll).  We got home and Gabi and I went over to her [nighttime] babysitter's open house.  Then Gabi, Nick, and I walked all the way downtown for ice cream, drinks, and mexican food.......then walked all the way home.  Sunday we met my parents for brunch, played outside, and made a yummy dinner.  Nick cooked Father's Day dinner - he usually cooks on Sundays, so he didn't want to break the tradition.  Awesome :)

This little girl is lucky to have such a great daddy!

She decided she wanted to makes some driveway art too....

I'm pretty sure this will be able to be a tunic top next summer......her 12-18 month size dress goes down to her ankles!

And later in afternoon it was time to get in the pool!  Right now, Gabs is more interested in the hose than pool, but that's fine.  She just kept saying "ho ho ho!!!"

Dad taught her how to drink out of the hose and that was like the coolest thing ever....

And once she was done with the water, she had to take her matching stroller out for a walk :)
