I had a good mother's day weekend....Friday was the first volleyball game of the season and we had early so Gabs and stayed for most of it. The weather wasn't too cold, but it is much different with Gabrielle this year. Last year she would just sit on a blanket and play with her little toys. Well, this year she wants to run around like a maniac, so I spent the evening following her around. Right when we got there she fell when she was running and split her upper lip. Big surprise. Ahhh the kids needs a helmet - like the front coverage hockey mask kind. Seriously.
Saturday we went to our friend Ben's wedding. We had a good time and it was so nice have a day/night away. Jason came over to babysit, so Gabs got some quality uncle time in.
After I put Gabi down for a nap on Sunday I went to the mall to get a bunch of summer clothes. I got a bunch of stuff and was home soon after Gabi got up. It was a really nice out day that day, so we got Gabi's water table out for the first time and grilled out at night.
Trying to put the collar back on the dog....needless to say it didn't work :/
Look at all that hair! Keep growing hair!!
She wasn't very happy about all the grass stuck to her feet...
Grandma got Gabi a new scooter!
There comes Grandpa!
Hmm....I guess it isn't that exciting. Gotta keep walking!
And Gabrielle was able to make a card for both of her Grandmas this year!
Our little Goober turned 1 1/2 last Thursday so I'll have her 18 month post up on Monday after her doctor check up!

as cute as Gabi is...today I'm commenting on you.
I think you are such a great mom. Every post I read I can read th e love bouncing off the screen as you talk about your little girl.
I love Target, I love the shoes you are wearing in the photo...I have them too.
I think your photography is amazing. If you lived closer to me I seriously would pay you to take photos that I want done now and later. I loved photography too but I haven't had the time in a long while to sharpen my skills and get to your level...not to mention my camera isn't that great.
Well Thank you for being such an inspiration to me....these things I comment on are all in progress for my 'better-ing' me through you. lol
Thanks Lynn- see you have a name....
