A tradition I'm not too fond of....

Getting sick on my birthday!!!!! :(  This is the third year in a row that I have been sick for my birthday (or pretty darn close - hello it's the 28th!).  It's just a little cold so I've been downing the fluids and trying to take it as easy as possible while packing, cleaning, and taking care of Gabbers.  Ha.  Anyway, I am PSYCHED about our trip and if I have to Tylenol Cold medicate myself through our plane trip down, I think I can handle that :)  Hopefully Gabi isn't sick for her time with G&G, but if she is I know that she'll be taken good care of.

Gabi 's tooth is continuing to come in...the very top of the tooth has pretty much broken through her gum now.  She was doing pretty ok with it all for a few days, but then we had a rough couple of days too. 

Gabrielle went to her first wedding also - Nick's cousin David.  It was an outdoor wedding at a park with dinner there afterward.  We were pretty nervous about how G was going to do sitting through wedding but she did ok.  She had a few conversations with herself and some squeals during the ceremony....but behaved pretty well. Just before the ceremony started Gabrielle said this "word/sentence" that sounded EXACTLY like "What's going on?"  It was so funny and the people around us couldn't believe it either.  There was lots of area to play and lots of little kids/babies to play with, so Gabi ended up having a really good time.
