Yeah, she doesn't fit in that thing anymore! She doesn't even like to sit in it, really. Most of the time she can't stand to be in that reclined position. If we don't have those animals clipped on she will sit straight up in the chair.
If she wants to chill out she will just lounge herself on her boppy anyway...and then she can sometimes get herself back up to a sitting position if she wants too.

Gabi started oatmeal on Monday and it didn't phase her a bit. She pretty much eats anything I shove in her mouth without a second thought. Whatever! We're starting fruit tomorrow so we'll see if that goes as smoothly.
Shopping cart experiment #2 was a success! I set her in the top of the cart today without her carseat, just a couple of blankets. I made SURE her pacifier was tightly clipped to her shirt this time. I clipped a couple of toys to the cart as well as kept the shopping list out of her sight. She has some strange fascination with paper...if she sees it and you don't let her shred it and eat it she will throw the biggest fit you've ever seen. Weird kid.
Oh, and one more exciting thing - I got 13 pieces of baby clothes for $3.75!!! A family a few doors down from us was having a garage sale last week so Gabi and I wandered down there and scooped up a bag full of NICE baby clothes for way cheap! Everything is Carters, GAP, or Gymboree and very nice. I am definitely excited about hitting the sales this summer. Yes, there is a lot of junk out there but you can find some nice stuff too if you look. Haha, the dorky thing I get excited about :)
